This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the prohibited uses of the Oluwatobi Solutions platform. By utilizing our infrastructure, you agree to comply strictly with this policy.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Oluwatobi Solutions to engage in, foster, or promote illegal, abusive, or irresponsible behavior. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Illegal Goods: Selling or promoting illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or regulated substances without proper licensing.
• Malicious Software: Distributing malware, viruses, trojans, or engaging in phishing or social engineering schemes.
• Intellectual Property: Infringing on the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others.
• Spam: Using the platform for unsolicited mass messaging, spam, or deceptive marketing practices.
• Financial Fraud: Running Ponzi schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM) scams, or highly deceptive financial offers.

3. Content Restrictions

You are solely responsible for all content, imagery, and products displayed on your custom storefront. We reserve the right to remove any storefront or content that displays:

• Hate speech, harassment, defamation, or threats of violence.
• Explicit adult content or pornography.
• Misleading, fraudulent, or highly deceptive product claims.

4. Enforcement and Suspension

Oluwatobi Solutions retains the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether a merchant’s activities violate this AUP. Violation of this policy may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, storefront, and infrastructure access without a refund. We also reserve the right to report illegal activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
